Shipping policy

Our standard policy is that orders are shipped within 7 days from order purchase.  I make every effort to get orders out quickly, sometimes even same or next day, but I won't sacrifice our quality or quality control process to rush orders (and I are sure you wouldn't want me to either), and this time frame allows for the unknown as well ie weather, power outages, etc that may prevent me from filling an order.  You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to check this to ensure all information is correct, and if it is not, immediately notify us at sales@earthfairyholistics.com of any changes that need to be made.  We are not responsible for incorrectly placed orders.  You will receive an email once your item is shipped and you will be provided a tracking number to track your package.  Once the item has been delivered, or shows through the carrier that it has been delivered, we consider the sale to be completed, this means that if you have theft of packages that were delivered, you are responsible for reporting it to the carrier and filing appropriate charges with authorities if you did not elect Route Protection to cover your package, we will not replace any items for those who did not elect this service.  Please also note that we have no control over USPS, UPS, or FedEx and their delays if any. Further, we ship internationally however there are sometimes duty fees that are assessed depending on the country and province you live in, and we are not charging those at time of payment, so these may be sent DDU and you will be responsible for the Duty fees in your country in order to receive the package.  If you have questions about your order, you can always email us at sales@earthfairyholistics.com and we would be happy to assist you.
